Description of Scale and Reach
From 2007, Mr Price Group's RedCap Foundation worked with approximately 30 non-profit organizations through its JumpStart Program, running life skills training for unemployed youth. By June 2012, studies indicated that there was a limited capacity in terms of output and many people trained were failing basic assessment tests that Mr Price Group has for new employees. RedCap Foundation was granted funding from the national government's Jobs Fund to address both these issues so that more people could access entry level job opportunities with Mr Price Group and other employers.
