Description of Scale and Reach
The program started in 2008 with just one BMC school and approx 60 students from two classes. Today, the program is present in 8 BMC schools with approximately 120 students in each school benefitting from it. While earlier the teaching was unstructured, now the program has set curriculums and the centers follow them uniformly. Regular internal testing is also conducted in English, computers skills, and life skills. Extra-curricular programs like reading sessions, dance and drama, arts and crafts, and field trips are also more systematically organized.
