Summary: O3 attempts to foster cross-cultural understanding and social good by connecting students, educators, and artists in India, Pakistan, and the United States through the dynamic power of multimedia, music, dance, and theater. --- The seeming unrest on either side of the Punjab border and the violence in the region for generations have taken their toll on the cross-country relations between India and Pakistan.
