Description of Scale and Reach
Since its start as a university club at the American University in Cairo in 2002, AYB has expanded to 12 other universities, totaling 13 "franchises" which operate utilizing the same model and approach. The organization has officially been an NGO since 2005, and its work has also been replicated by other local organizations throughout Egypt.
