Description of Scale and Reach
The program initially started with 17 girls and 1 boy and a training program that taught ICT and technology. Since its founding, the program has grown in both capacity and the number of girls graduating. The content of the training course has also evolved as a response to users' needs. For example, a communications component was introduced to support girls at interview, and a life skills component was introduced to support girls to make informed choices especially around reproductive health.
